DOOL Spoiler: Chloe and Daniel get busted!

Maggie happens to come across the mayor’s killer on the pier, not knowing who he is she rushes him to the hospital. Kayla is there and gets a phone call saying that Joe can’t get to sleep without a toy that Kayla has at the hospital. Maggie says she’ll drop it off.
Maggie is at Kayla and Steve’s apartment when she sees Chloe and Daniel coming out of his apartment, that just happens to be across the hall. (This is the first time we have learned that Daniel lives across the hall from Kayla? How have they not known before this, especially with Steve being a private detective? **rolling my eyes**)
Anyhow, Chloe and Daniel have just done the “dirty deed” and they are kissing and adjusting their clothes in the hall. Daniel doesn’t see Maggie but Chloe does! Maggie and Chloe really get into it in the hallway and Maggie storms off with Chloe running after her. Maggie lets Chloe know that she isn’t going to keep quiet about this and goes to the Brady Pub. Just as Maggie arrives who comes in? LUCAS! You know what is about to hit the fan!
I, for one, hope that Chloe doesn’t worm her way out of this one. She needs to be honest with Lucas about what has been happening with her and Daniel. Doesn’t Lucas finally deserve a woman who is truthful, honest and faithful? I really feel badly for him.
