Y&R: Gloria is wanted; Sharon reminisces about her loves

Friday 1/23: Everyone wants Gloria’s share in Jabot. Jack visits Gloria in jail and shows her the civil suit papers that he is prepared to prosecute her with. He offers to buy Glo’s shares of Jabot, the ones that Katherine “willed” her, and not take her to court. She says no, and shortly after, sees a TV broadcast that there is a possibility that Wisconsin will reinstate the death penalty. (Now, let’s remember that Gloria does think that Katherine is alive and if that’s proven, will invalidate the will.)
Jill then visits Gloria and offers to buy the shares. Gloria says she’s not selling to either of them. Jeff arrives and Jill tells him if he can convince Gloria to sell her the stocks, she will make him CEO of Jabot.
Jeff goes to see Gloria and wants her to sign over the stock. Gloria turns him down too! Gloria is contemplating who she might sell the stock to when Victor Newman shows up. He says he has an offer that she can’t refuse.
Sharon is at the remote Abbott cabin and thinks about Brad. Over at Restless Style, Nick asks Phyllis if she has the fax number of the general store by the cabin. He explains that Noah wants to join the ski team at school, plus he’s worried about Sharon being alone. He asks if that’s okay, and Phyllis says yes. Sharon receives the fax and then reminices about Nick and their history. Phillis sees the fax from Sharon saying, “I’m fine, just lonely,” and hides it. Sharon then thinks about Jack and the good things with them, and then the lying that he did to her. Phyliss calls Brad and asks to meet at a seedy bar. When they meet, Brad has his cell phone call Nick’s so he can hear about the meeting and what Phyllis has to say. (Oh boy, can’t you ever learn!) Nick isn’t happy about what he is listening to and then shows up at the bar <sigh>.
Amber and the gang and Katherine and Murphy
Amber sees Jill at the coffee house and tries to convince her that Katherine is who she says she is. Jill walks away, clearly upset.
Amber, Daniel, Kevin and Jana talk about breaking into the pawnshop to retrieve Katherine’s ring. The foursome arrive and Kevin cuts the power and says that Amber is small enough to get into the window. Oops, a huge guard dog shows up. 
Murphy tells Katherine about the census taker that came yesterday and says he’ll be back. Paul and Nikki arrive at Murphy’s, and Paul apologizes for the ruse. They are talking to Katherine, and she explains about Murphy finding her and he says that she didn’t jknow him, the trailer or the diner. Nikki wants some proof, not anything that Kay read about in the book. Katherine can’t remember things about her and Nikki and asks her to help. Katherine does tell her about the ring she was wearing when Murphy found her and that she pawned it. Nikki isn’t buying it and storms out.
Later, Paul tells Nikki that he does believe that it is really Katherine. Nikki thinks he’s being conned.
