GL: Bill sees Olivia; Coop's visitors

Monday 2/16; Olivia is very upset about Phillip being back and doesn’t want Emma to deliver her Valentine cards to her friends. Natalia tells Olivia that she can’t keep Emma locked in the house. When Natalia says she’s going to go find Frank, Olivia erupts, until she says she’s going to find Frank about Phillip.
Bill finds out about Phillip and asks Frank to see him. He says, “Only if you’re his lawyer.” Bill goes over to Olivia’s to tell her about Phillip. She is all panicked and fearful for Emma, and kisses Bill. She expresses her concerns about how everyone took Emma’s My Two Mommies the wrong way. She then tells Bill how confused she is about her feelings for Natalia.
Natalia comes back and says Phillip is in jail and that she brought sandwiches to the hospital for the family. Olivia realizes that it has been almost a year since Gus died. Natalia tells Olivia they need to see Phillip and explain their living arrangements.
At the hospital
Lizzie goes to see Coop, and he asks if she’s still mad at him because of Beth. She says no but that she did warn him that nothing good would come out of their relationship. She wants him to get better, and he tells her that she needs to make up with Beth.
Lillian finds Beth asleep on the hospital floor and tells her she booked her a room at The Beacon. Beth asks Lillian if they’ve found Buzz, and Lillian says she thinks she knows where he is and will be right back.
Lillian finds Buzz at Jenna’s grave, where he is finding solace. She tells him he needs to come back to the hospital.
Lizzie sees Beth and tells her she saw Phillip and how freaked out she was by seeing him. Beth asks her how Phillip seemed, and Lizzie says he seemed okay, but she called the police on him. Beth is upset by that. Beth reminds her they were a happy family once. Lizzie tells her that her newest flame is in the hospital, and she’s gushing over her dad! She tells Beth that she is a confused, messed up woman; it’s no wonder she’s turned out the way she has. She loved both her father and Bill, and they failed her.
Frank sees Coop, who asks him to watch over Buzz. Buzz comes in, and Coop tells him, “You look more stressed than me.” Coop tells Buzz that they can’t waste time because he doesn’t have much time left. Buzz tells him not to talk like that. Buzz goes to get a doctor. Beth goes in and tells Coop he needs to rest. He thanks her for everything she has brought into his life. She tells him that he taught her how to be happy. He wants her to promise that she will never go back to Alan. She promises and tells Coop that she loves him. He’s getting weaker and wants her to find his dad, and to please hurry.
She goes into the hall and tells Frank that he has to find Buzz NOW, while Lillian goes to find Rick. Coop had handed Beth a paper that Beth opens; it’s a letter from Coop.
Bill finds Lizzie crying and comforts her. He says that they belong together. Lizzie says everything is so screwed up. He says she needs to stay away from Alan and Cyrus. She tells him to leave, or she will call security.
Buzz goes and sits with Coop and talks to him about his birth and childhood and how Coop came back into his life after his heart attack. Coop says, “Goodnight, Dad” and Buzz begs him not to go. As Buzz is holding Coop, he flatlines.
