Y&R: Victor Makes his Move; Billy is CEO of Jabot

Tuesday 2/10; Jack finds out from Gloria that she sold her stock to someone else. Jack is livid and reminds her of the civil suit and that he will bury her.
Jill wants Victor to reconsider having Billy named as CEO. She feels that Cane would be much better. Victor says that putting Cane in will unite the Abbotts, and Victor wants them divided. Jill storms out, and Victor makes a mysterious phone call; he’s sending the jet to pick up this mystery woman.
Jill meets with Billy and tells him she’s about to take control of Jabot. She wants to appoint him CEO. Billy is speechless (Billy is never speechless, LOL.) Billy wants to know how, and what happens to Ashley. Jill explains that he is both a Chancellor and an Abbot which makes him the best choice. Billy leaves as Cane arrives. Cane learns about the silent partner and that there are conditions. When he finds out that Billy is CEO, he is very upset. He goes home to Chloe and says he was blindsided. Chloe consoles him.
Back at the Abbott mansion, Jack tries to find out who Gloria sold her stock to. Tracie and Ashley come in, and he tells them what’s going on. He thinks that Victor is the buyer. Ashley says he wouldn’t do that to her. Billy arrives and tells them about Jill gaining control and that he is CEO. Jack and Ashley are still with Jabot; nothing will change except their job titles. Jack wants to know if Billy has any inkling that Victor might be the silent partner. Billy doesn’t think so, and Ashley continues to defend Victor.
Victor meets with the mystery woman and says he has big plans for her involving Jack Abbott. The mystery woman isn’t sure about it quite yet.
Ashley arrives home and tells Victor about the stock, Billy, and all that has been happening. She says that someone went out of their way to have her replaced. Victor feigns surprise and says, “Who the hell would do something like that?” He will help her look into it. When she goes upstairs, the mystery woman calls and say’s she’s in.
In other Genoa City news:
Colleen gets a phone call from Brad’s lawyer saying that they will be reading the will next week. Colleen decides to visit her grandmother (Brad’s mom).
Kevin visits Gloria at the jail, and she wants him to sing her praises to Katherine. Kevin informs her he won’t be her accomplice any longer.
