YR: Brad's shocking will; Billy and Sharon get drunk together

Thursday 2/19; After Ashley learns that Brad’s will is to be read today, Victor offers to have his attorney represent Abby. Abby wants to go herself, with Ashley. Jack also goes, to be there for Colleen. Jack, Colleen, Ashley, and Abby meet at the attorney’s office. He says that Brad’s mother, Colleen, and Abby are his only heirs. A letter has been sent to Rebecca as to what she will receive. The rest will be divided equally between Colleen and Abby. Abby is underage and her share will be held in trust for her, with Colleen overseeing the trust. Ashley had assumed that she would be the overseer. Brad also left letters for all of them.
Ashley reads her letter from Brad. In it, he says that he left Colleen in charge instead of Ashley because he can’t trust her judgment, now that she is with Victor. Jack won’t let up on Ashley about the board of directors seat, and she tells him she made her decision.
Sharon meets with Nick about Noah, and memories of their life together come flooding back, as it is their wedding anniversary (which Nick seems to have forgotten). She asks Nick if he has any regrets, and he says none. Noah comes in, and Nick says that forbidding him from seeing Eden would be a mistake. They only want the truth from him as to who he is seeing, where he is going, and they want him to obey the curfew. Sharon leaves, but takes another knickknack from Nick and Phyllis’ home this time. Is Sharon turning into a kleptomaniac?
Sharon goes to the bar, upset that Nick didn’t remember their anniversary, and starts drinking.
Billy returns to the hospital, drunk, while Cane is with Cordelia in the nursery. Lily sees Billy and, seeing how drunk he is, tells him to go home. He wants to see Cane, and she says that is not a good idea while he is drunk. Cane comes out and won’t let Billy see the baby in his condition. Billy rants and raves at Cane, and gets thrown out of the hospital. Cane looks at Jill and says, “This is the drunk that you had replace me at Jabot.” Jill goes to see Victor and says Billy is not up to the job. Victor says he stays, so she threatens to go to Ashley and tell her what is going on. Victor tells Jill that if she does, she will no longer have his five percent of Jabot stock.
Billy returns to the bar and asks for more tequila. He sees Sharon sitting alone at a table, drinking shots of her own. He suggests they drown their sorrows together and then forget they saw each other. Sharon smiles and agrees. Billy and Sharon commiserate with each other and end up kissing and leaving together.
Nick and Phyllis
Nick asks Phyllis to go out to dinner and a movie. Noah says he’ll stay with Summer, and asks if Eden can come over. Nick reluctantly agrees, but says that it’s a school night so she can’t stay long. Eden sees Noah and is thrilled that Nick agreed to let them see each other, and they will “follow the program.” Eden tells Noah how lucky he is to have a dad that cares so much. They start making out on the couch but decide to “cool it” for now.
Ashley’s decision
Ashley and Abby go to Victor’s office. Abby, not up to talking, goes to wait in the lobby. Ashley tells Victor about Colleen being in charge of Abby’s trust and is upset about it. She then surprises Victor saying that she will accept the seat on the board of directors.
Colleen tells Jack that she has an invitation to the Newman board meeting, and Jack encourages her to go.
