BB: Taylor tells Ridge about Steffy; Ridge threatens Rick

Friday 3/6; On Thursday’s show, Rick goes to the office and no one is happy to see him. Rick says that the surf line hasn’t done well, and he fires Pam and Owen. Brooke defends Rick to the others and says family is what is most important. She also tells them that Lt. Baker is investigating the arson fire at Rick’s.
Taylor is upset when Steffy tells her that she slept with Rick. Taylor says that she is going to have to tell Ridge. Steffy tells Taylor that Rick thinks Ridge is the one who set the fire.
Stephanie and Ridge tell Lt. Baker that they think that Rick was the one who set the fire. Ridge also tells Brooke this, and says he does not want Rick around Steffy. Brooke tells him he can’t stop it any more than Ridge’s mother, Stephanie, could stop them. Brooke tells Ridge that she has to support her son.
Donna tells Brooke that firing Owen was out of line. Brooke says she is concerned about Rick’s safety, and that Lt. Baker said it was a crime of passion. She basically accuses Donna’s son, Marcus, of doing this because Rick took Steffy away from him. Donna says her son would not do this.
Today, Rick sees Pam at the office and tells her that she doesn’t work there anymore. Pam, crocheting purses, says Stephanie told her that she does. He tells Pam to fetch a file from the front seat of his car.
Owen gathers his boxes from his office and sees Thorne. He has a thank-you note for Eric. Thorne and Owen bond over their hatred of Rick when Steffy comes in. Steffy tells them she is staying at the company and that she and Rick are staying together. She wishes they could see Rick for what he really is, a sweet guy.
As Lt. Baker and his son are interrogating Marcus, Donna comes in and says this is wrong. They then ask Marcus if he smokes and when he says no they show him some matches that they found in his office. They’ll see if they match the matches found at Ricks.
Taylor meets with Ridge and lets him know that they have to keep Steffy safe from Rick and then tells Ridge about Rick and Steffy having sex. Ridge gets a phone call from Rick, asking to meet him on the roof of Forrester.
Taylor goes to Brooke and tells her that she has to get Rick to stay away from Steffy.
Rick tries to reason with Ridge and tells him that he is not manipulating Steffy. Their feelings for each other are too strong. Jake sees the two of them confronting each other.
Rick asks Ridge for Steffy’s hand in marriage. He says he is trying to be respectful to Ridge. Ridge tells Rick to stay from Steffy. Rick asks Ridge if Ridge could have stayed away from Brooke because that was what his mother, Stephanie, wanted. Ridge says he sees what Rick is trying to do and that he knows Rick is the one who set the fire. Ridge tells Rick that he will never touch Steffy again. Rick says he’s going to go back to the office, and Ridge tells Rick to just go and get in his car and leave now.
Jake goes to Brooke and tells her about Rick and Ridge going at it again on the roof. Brooke runs to the roof and asks Ridge where her son is. Steffy sees Rick and he says he has to go and starts off to his car. Brooke asks Ridge once again where her son is, and Rick looks over the edge of the roof, and Rick’s car explodes!
