GL: Lizzie and Bill reunite; Marina's wish comes true; Emma wants to see Phillip;

Tuesday 3/10; Lizzie and Bill reunite. Lizzie tells Bill about Grady being the kidnapper and Bill tells her that Grady was the one took him, but says that Cyrus was involved. Lizzie says that Cyrus was the one that helped her find Bill just now. Bill sees Cyrus and goes to talk to him. Lizzie holds Bil back from Cyrus and says she just wants it to be about her and Bill. Bill agrees and as Lizzie walks away Bill lands his fist against Cyrus’s jaw and then Billy and Lizzie leave. Bill tells Lizzie that she is the most important thing in his life. Bill apologizes for the mistakes he has made and Lizzie says she made them too.
At the station house Frank tells Marina about Grady being a suspect and there is an APB out for him and that Buzz is upset because Buzz needs Grady to testify against Alan. Marina says no more surprise, her heart couldn’t handle it.
Marina talks to Mallet and finds out he’s on his way home so she goes back to their house to clean up. Mallet arrives home with the baby from Bosnia in tow.
Mallet knocks on the door and tells Marina to close her eyes and come out on the porch. When she opens them she sees the baby and is thrilled.
Emma tries to leave the farm house but Olivia catches her. Emma says she wants to go see her dady, Phillip. Olivia makes Emma go up to bed
After the reunion the 4 Musketeers go to Company and crack open some cold ones. They reminisce and agree they don’t have to meet every 5 or 10 years but should do it at least once a year.
Phillip sees Olivia at the window and goes out to talk to her. She tells him to stay away from Emma. After Olivia leaves Phillip calls Lizzie and leaves her a message saying everything is fine and the she will be safe now.
Olivia then goes to Frank and can’t believe that Phillip is out of jail and wants him locked back up. Frank says he can’t do it just because Olivia is upset.
Olivia goes home and sees Natalia sitting on the front porch. Olivia tells Natalia about Emma trying to sneak out to see Phillip. Natalia says they are a tema and will work it out together. As Olivia is about to tell Natalia her true feelings for her Frank drives up. Olivia goes inside and Frank asks Natalia to marry him, as Olvia watches from the window.
