YR: Phyllis learns about Billy; Nikki and Katherine bond

Monday 3/16; Chloe has to take Esther to the doctor and needs Billy to take care of Delia. Billy says he can’t as he has a lot of business to take care of. Chloe leaves Delia with Billy anyhow. Billy calls Sharon and asks if he can come over and she says of course, she just sent him a text message inviting him over, Billy tells her he never got the message and will be there in a little bit. Sharon looks at her cellphone and realizes she mistakenly sent it to Nick, but doesn’t realize that Phyllis intercepted the text.

Billy brings Delia to Jill to babysit, after he leaves Cane and Lily show up and Cane is ecstatic to see ‘his’ baby. He let’s Lily hold Delia and Jill syas that Cane and Lily are going to make great parents. Jill hates to say it, but she doesn’t think Chloe and Billy are responsible enough to take care of Delia properly.

Sharon calls Nick and asks him to forget about the text she just sent him by accident. He says he never received a text and a confused Sharon hangs up as Phyllis knocks on Sharon’s door. Sharon says the text was a mistake and meant to send it to someone else, Phyllis doesn’t believe her and thinks she is trying to get Nick back. Sharon throws Phyllis out, just in time, as Billy arrives and share a passionate kiss at the door. Phyllis is still in the hall and can’t believe what she saw and has the bellboy call Nick.

Sharon and Billy can’t keep their hands off each other and Sharon says ‘this is wrong’ and Billy says ‘it’s not an affair, it’s just sex – something we both need’.

At the Athletic Club Nikki apologizes to Katherine for not recognizing her immediately, but Katherine assures Nikki that she understands because Marge had successfully impersonated her 20 years ago. Nikki says she is going to do whatever she can to prove that Katherine IS Katherine. Nikki tries to give Katherine the emerald ring back and Katherine tells her to put it back on her finger.

Nikki calls Michael ans asks for another DNA test as she is sure that Katerine is her. He tells her to have it done with a private tester. Nikki needs a new DNA sample from Jill and calls her and, sounding distressed, asks to meet her at the Club right away.

Cane and Lily stay with Delia while Jill goes to meet Nikki. In the meantime, Chloe and Esther at at Crimson Lights when Chloe is served with papers that Cane is suing for full custody of Delia.She calls Bill and tells him what is going on. Billy immediately leaves a Sharon who is hot and bothered.

When Jill arrives Nikki asks her if she would like some tea or water, which Jill turns down (Nikki is doing her best to get some DNA evidence.) Nikki then breaks down and says she saw that horrible Marge person and starts to cry and offers Jill a tissue, which Jill declines. Jill says she has to get back to the house so Nikki hugs Jill and purposely catches Jill’s hair in the ring and when she pulls away hair comes out by the roots – now she has what they need for the DNA ;-)
Back at the Chancellor estate Chloe, Esther, Billy, Cane, Lily and Jill are all up in arms about the custody of Delia. Chloe and Billy take Delia back to the Abbott mansion.
Nick gets the urgent message from the Athletic Club and goes to see Sharon who realizes that Phyllis set her up and covers and says it had something to do about Noah, but everything is fine now. As Nick leaves he tells Sharon that he’s heading to China for a few days on business. Sharon then heads to find Phyllis.
Chipmunk Bandit

Daniel, Amber and Jana show Michael the video of the Chipmunk Bandit. They point out Kevin’s scarf and Michael can’t believe it. They talk about Kevin’s recent history of getting the receipt from the pawnshop, breaking into Nick’s to retrieve the money and thinking about breaking in the dentists office to get Katherine’s dental records.
As they are trying to figure out what to do next, Det. Wallace comes in asking if anyone has heard from Kevin. They say that he hasn’t contacted anyone and Michael says that he thinks that Kevin is being held hostage.
Jana wants to tell Det. Wallace the truth about the Chipmunk Bandit and Michael won’t let her. Michael tells Det. Wallace that Kevin has been talking about Mexico a lot and thinks that is where Kevin has gone. The detective goes to check it out and Daniel gets another email about the Chipmunk Bandit.
