DOOL Spoiler: Phillip is shot

Last week Stephanie and Phillip made love for the first time. Stephanie is blissfully taking an after-sex shower when a hit man enters the hotel room and shoots Phillip.
Stephanie comes out and sees Phillip lying on the bed, bleeding, and a man standing above him with a gun in his hand. Stephanie screams, and the hit man aims at her but misses. He slips out, as a guard calls 911.
At the hospital, Phillip is wheeled into surgery and Stephanie collaspes on the floor; Melanie catches her. Phillip makes it through surgery and Stephanie sits by his bedside praying. Phillip starts to open his eyes, and then all the machines go off and Phillip flatlines.
