YR Spoiler: Kevin and Amber are arrested

Amber finally calms Kevin down and gets him to agree to go home, when Jeff enters the boxcar. With Kevin’s fragile mental state, he mistakes Jeff for Terrible Tom, sending Kevin into a tailspin and undoing all of Amber’s progress. Kevin then knocks Jeff out with a pistol, punches him and beats him up a bit.
By the time that Michael, Jana, and Daniel arrive, there is already a police standoff going on. The police swarm Kevin, who is not cognizant of what is happening, and he becomes somewhat catatonic. Unfortunately, things are going to get worse before they get better.
