YR Spoiler: Phyllis is arrested

Things are looking up for Phillis when Nick realizes that he needs to make a choice between his current and ex- wives. Nick chooses Phyllis! She is thrilled; however, before she can enjoy the reconciliation, she gets arrested in front of Nick for vandalizing Sharon’s hotel room.
Phyllis doesn’t put up a fight but is thinking, “Why are you arresting me? I helped you uncover a thief.” Jack visits Phyllis at the jail and advises her to let this thing with Sharon go. Phyllis agrees as she is tired of the fight. When Lauren visits, she tells Phyllis that Noah is being teased at school because of what’s going on with his mother. Phyllis asks Lauren to drop the charges against Sharon; she just wants this all to end.
When Nick learns what Phyllis has done, he asks Sharon to drop the charges against Phyllis. Sharon agrees as long as Nick agrees to stay out of her life once and for all.
Can Nick stick to this new deal, or will he continue to be there for Sharon while he’s with Phyllis?
