YR Spoiler: Sharon's downfall

Last week Phyllis came across a large collection of stolen items in Sharon’s GCAC suite. Sharon is ready to face the music at the DA’s office, and Nick urges her to keep quiet. In the meantime, Phyllis begs Lauren to press charges against her rival, Sharon, since Eden took the blame for the books that Sharon stole.
Nick sympathizes with Sharon and realizes she needs help, but Lauren and Michael aren’t as forgiving. They want to know why Sharon let Eden take the fall for her with the books when Sharon was the one who committed the crime. Nick is furious when Lauren decides to press charges after all, but Michael reminds him how Sharon readily pointed the finger at his little sister and had Eden arrested.
Phyllis is devastated when Nick refuses to come home and then finds out from Heather that she can’t prosecute Sharon for stealing the ‘See No Evil’ from Phyllis. (Why can’t Heather prosecute? She seems hell-bent on prosecuting every other citizen in Genoa City!)
Phyllis then goes to Victor and tells him about Sharon stealing from him – a gift that he had received from his late wife, Sabrina. I can’t wait to see Victor’s reaction!
Sharon asks Nick not to get involved with her problems and then turns to Jack instead.
