#DOOL: A meddling mom

Nobody interferes in their children’s love lives like Kate. This meddling mom has pulled some incredible stunts over the years to sabotage relationships she didn’t approve of. Here are some of Kate’s most memorable plots:
- 1996 – Kate hired Franco Kelly to break up Bo and Hope, so Billie could have Bo for herself.
- 1998 – She framed Sami for Franco’s murder, to spare Lucas and to keep Sami out of Lucas and Will’s life.
- 2004 – Kate drugged Brandon and Sami on the eve of Sami’s wedding to Lucas, and arranged for Lucas to find them in bed together in a hotel room.
- 2005 – At a subsequent Sami/Lucas wedding, Kate exposed Sami as Stan, who had carried out the misdeeds of Brady family enemy, Tony DiMera.
- 2006 – Learning that Phillip was not Claire’s biolgical father, Kate kept the truth from everyone to ensure that Belle remained with Phillip and didn’t reunite with Shawn.
- 2006 – She enlisted E.J. to seduce Sami away from Lucas.
- 2007 – She bribed Nick into changing paternity tests to make it look like E.J., not Lucas, was the father of Sami’s twins.
I must say – Kate is one busy meddling mom!
