#DOOL Spoiler: Daniel becomes a suspect

We’ve been watching Kate poisoning Chloe and setting Daniel up for weeks now. This week, Kate’s plan falls into place when Daniel becomes the No. 1 suspect in Chloe’s poisoning.
Kate also swipes Chloe’s cell phone. She calls Maggie on Chloe’s phone and plays the spliced tape that she made, where it sounds like Daniel is threatening Chloe.
Daniel and Chloe finally talk things out during a private conversation in Maggie’s kitchen. He literally lays his heart on the line and so does she. When everyone comes back into the kitchen, the pair are in a wild haze from their kiss, and it looks like Daniel roughed Chloe up because she looks disoriented.
During the taping of the show, Daniel serves Chloe brownies that Kate has poisoned. Chloe collapses and is rushed to the hospital. After some testing is done on the brownies, it is discovered that they have been poisoned.
Bo searches the doctor’s apartment and finds the empty medicine bottle that Kate planted. After returning to the hospital to question Daniel, Bo learns of the affair. Chloe then takes a turn for the worse and flatlines. Lexie gets her heart to start again but reports that Chloe is in a coma.
After Bo and Hope again question Daniel, telling him of all the “evidence” they have against him, including a prescription he signed for the poison used on Chloe, Daniel puts it all together and figures out that Kate set him up.
Will Chloe survive? Will Daniel be arrested? Will Kate get away with another one of her schemes?
