#AMC moves to Los Angeles

It was announced last week that ALL MY CHILDREN will be moving from New York City to Los Angeles.
Susan Lucci, (Erica Kane) was on Live with Regis and Kelly on Friday. Lucci, who has been on AMC for 40 years, said that the cast and crew were notified a day and a half prior to her appearance on Regis and Kelly. She also said that there is a lot to reflect on and think about, but also states that she LOVES New York. Will this mean the end or Erica Kane?
What about the crew, who could obviously be replaced by crews in LA? With GL going off the air and AMC leaving NYC, that will leave only two soaps based in NYC – One Life to Live and As the World Turns. This is a sad time for NYC.
