Billy and Chloe have a very complicated marriage, to say the least. They got married because of their daughter, Cordelia. However, once Billy’s first love, Mac, returned to Genoa City, he has been cozying up to her at every turn. Chloe has finally come to terms that Billy’s attraction to Mac, and she gets close with Chance.
Billy finds himself getting jealous when he sees Chloe and Chance together. (Hey Billy, you can’t have your cake and eat it too!)
