#B&B Spoiler: Bill's takeover plans include Katie

Katie is disappointed when she learns that Bill has not abandoned his hostile takeover plans for Forrester Creations. Bill is up front with her and says he thinks that the Forresters are lousy business people, so the best thing for all concerned is for him to acquire the company; it’s the only way Forrester can survive. Katie starts to understand where he’s coming from.
Bill tells Katie that she’s the ideal person to run Forrester; she’s as smart as Brooke and as sexy as Donna—she’s the whole package. Then, Bill blurts out that he’s fallen love with Katie.
Is Bill just playing Katie, in order to realize his goal with Forrester? With Bill coaching Katie, will he end up creating a monster?
