#B&B Spoiler: A decent proposal

Katie truly believes that Bill isn’t carrying out his father’s vendetta against Forrester Creations. Brooke is also starting to come around, seeing the logic in Bill taking over.
Bill then makes Katie’s personal situation a lot rosier by cooking her a romantic dinner. During the course of the evening, he proposes! This comes as a total shock to Katie who had no idea this was even on Bill’s mind.
Is this just another step in his master plan for taking over Forrester?
