After Billy quits Jabot, he overhears Phyllis admit to Chloe that she isn’t sure she wants to run Restless Style anymore (she needs to spend more time with Summer); he offers to buy the magazine. Billy wants to take his life in a new direction and wants to be recognized as his own man and be valued.
However, when he approaches Jack for a loan, Jack turns him down. Billy is disappointed and was counting on Jack’s support.
Ashley agrees to give Billy the money, but how will he run the magazine? With Billy’s hatred towards Victor, will he use Restless Style as an opportunity to do a hatchet job on the Newman’s?
