#Y&R Spoiler: Nick and Sharon say goodbye

Sharon takes the cremated remains of her daughter to the Abbott cabin, where she and Nick conceived their child. (Remember, her daughter is still alive but filling in as Ashley’s daughter, thanks to Adam).
A surprised Sharon opens the cabin door and sees Nick. Together, the bereaved parents spread the ashes. They share an emotional moment, and while Nick and Sharon have their history, Nick and Phyllis are building a history also. Nick and Sharon won’t be getting back together anytime soon. Later, Jack calls Sharon and proposes that she rents Brad’s house for the time being. Moving into her own home could be just what she needs for now.
Phyllis understands how tough a time this is for both Nick and Sharon, but reminds Nick that he can’t close himself off from the world – like he did when Cassie died.
Can Nick and Phyllis really make a go of it? Can Nick really stay away from Sharon?
