#DOOL: Hunley’s secret return

At the end of Friday’s show, it was revealed that Anna was Sydney’s kidnapper, which I had already speculated.
How did Days keep the secret? In an interview in the Dec 29th issue of SOD Leann Hunley was approached about coming back for a few days, she was also told that she had to keep it a secret. Hunley didn’t even tell her mother. Nobody at the studio knew either, everyone in makeup and wardrobe was surprised to see her.
So, why does Anna have Sydney? She only does anything for one of two reasons: for love or money. She does have a heart and she does have feelings – she’s not all mercenary – it’s just about the money. Anna’s connection to the baby remains unclear at the time of the interview. According to Hunley, “We don’t really know yet.” She also hasn’t been giving any indication how long she’ll be sticking around.
There has been much discussion on the blogs and message boards that it’s either Kate or Ton,y and almost everyone is putting their money on Kate. However, we also know that the writers will kill or kidnap someone without having decided who the culprit is. We, the viewers, will be strung along until the scribes decide – and normally it will be a huge surprise – someone who wasn’t even a suspect.

I knew the voice was familiar but it wasn’t until I kept seeing the name Anna and listened again that I realized it was her. When she was on before it was before my time and this last time I had only started watching again after about a year of not watching since I was pissed at the network for cancelling Passions. So I knew the voice but hadn’t watched enough to recognize her. If Christie came back I’m pretty sure I would have know right away that it was Carrie.
I can’t help but think of Carrie since this is her mother that took Sami’s baby. I was thinking that she wants to punish Stefano since she blamed him for Tony’s death. There’s also the whole maybe she went a bit crazy after he was killed. She’s the only person that comes to mind that’s ever actually slapped a Dimera which I really enjoyed. I just hope this doesn’t getted dragged out even more.
I just wonder what they’ll do about Lindsay since she’s pregnant now. That would explain her boobs that just jumped out at me that one day in that shirt. Well at least it’ll be amusing if the pregnancy doesn’t get written in because with Ari I was amused that they didn’t really make much of an effort to hide her pregnancy. I was shocked when I read someone saying they had no idea she was pregnant. Okay I’m going to shut up now because I do know that comments do have word or character limits since I’ve reached them before.
