#DOOL Spoiler: Lucas is sprung from rehab

This week Lucas is finally sprung from rehab. It’s been two months since he was last seen on-screen, and when he comes home Lucas learns that Chloe was the one who set the baby switch in motion by blabbing to Nicole that Sami was pregnant by EJ. Lucas is annoyed with himself as he was the one who told Chloe and trusted her to keep it to herself.
Right now, Lucas won’t have a big storyline and will only be seen periodically. I am hoping that will quickly change and that Lucas will have a new love interest, perhaps with Arianna?
In an interview with SOD, Dattilo says he made good use of his time off. “My time is consumed with being a father [to son Gabriel, 10], so a lot of time I have away from here is helping with homework, doing laundry, picking him up from school, taking him to football practice, coaching the flag football team….just normal day-to-day stuff.” Sure sounds like Dattilo is an active, hands-on single parent — my hat’s off to him.
