#DOOL Spoiler: Nicole remembers something

After Rafe reaches a dead end with Stefano, he heads off to question Nicole. They have a long, detailed discussion, but Rafe doesn’t get anything out of her. Discouraged, Rafe starts to leave, when Nicole says she has a memory. She remembers hearing a woman’s voice and seeing very distinctive boots walking away from her at the bus station. Nicole describes the boots in detail. Rafe shares the information with Abe.
Rafe heads to the townhouse and decorates for Christmas for Sami. When Sami arrives, Rafe gives her a mother’s ring, promising her that her family will be together soon. After Sami falls asleep, Rafe receives information that forensics found at the bus station that matches the boots that Nicole described. (Isn’t that stretching things a bit, even for a Soap Opera? This is a bus station in Cleveland, don’t you think there would be tons of footprints that had walked over the boot’s prints?)
Will Sami get the ultimate Christmas gift by having Sydney home with her mother?
