#DOOL Spoiler: Does Maggie fall off the wagon?

A grieving Maggie contemplates risking her sobriety after she receives Mickey’s belongings from his office. All these boxes come, and Maggie and Melanie start going through them. Melanie takes some to donate and leaves Maggie alone in the kitchen. Maggie goes through the next box marked, ‘Christmas presents,’ that Mickey had kept at his office. In the box is a bottle of Scotch, and she picks it up.
Maggie hit the bottle in 1978 after her foster daughter was kidnapped; she got sober then served as Lucas’s sponsor. It has to be an upsetting moment.
Nathan comes home to find his grandmother with an empty bottle of Scotch and thinks she drank it. Unbeknownst to him. Maggie had called her sponsor and poured the alcohol down the drain.
