#Y&R Spoiler: Genoa City residents rally around Kay

Victor pledges his full support to Katherine, promising to help to bring Tucker down. There are more than a few parallels between Katherine’s situation with Tucker and Victor’s with his late mother, Cora. Victor wasn’t despicable toward his mother, and Tucker is. Victor never wanted vengeance – he was just angry at being left in the orphanage. However, Tucker wants vengeance; he wants Kay destroyed. Victor has become very protective of Kay.
Victor may be the most powerful person in Kay’s corner, but he is by no means the only one. There’s Jack, Cane, Michael, Neil…just to name a few…and she’s counting on the whole group.
Michael does some research and reports that Tucker has obviously been planning the corporate takeover for some time. Worse, it appears he hasn’t done anything illegal that would give them grounds to fight it.
Once Cane learns he’ll be working for Tucker, he wants to quit. Kay tells him she needs him to stay there to get information, she needs Cane to be her eyes and ears on the inside. Tucker has manipulated her, now it’s her turn to manipulate him and turn on him.
It’s going to be a bumpy ride!
