#DOOL: What has Judi Evans been doing?

In an interview with Soap Opera Weekly, Judi Evans revealed what she’s been doing while not acting. I found it interesting and inspiring and wanted to share some of with you.
Evans works at Rose Hills Cemetery and Mortuary as a family service counselor. When a family has experienced a loss, Evans meets with them to help them through the beginning process. She is there if any issues arise or if they just need someone to talk to.
Evans finds the work rewarding and satisfying to the soul. It gives you a reality check and teaches you not to sweat the small stuff, she says.
“Always remember to say ‘I love you’ and not end a conversation fighting. This job reminds you what’s really important and makes you look at things in a whole different light every day.”
My hats off to Ms. Evans for contributing to society and helping others in their time of need.
