#Y&R Spoiler: Emily plans to get to Jack

After getting released from the hospital, “Patty” is returned to the institution. She begs Paul to do a DNA test so she can prove that she’s really Emily, but Paul refuses.
Paul then schedules a hearing to keep “Emily” from treating “Patty,” and Jack agrees with him. This doesn’t sit well with Patty as she needs to keep an eye on Emily and have control over her. In order to prove that “Patty” needs her help, the real Patty injects Emily with a stimulant so that she will be a basket case at the hearing.
At the hearing, Patty isn’t pleased to learn that Jack has been summoned to testify. She convinces the judge that “Patty” shouldn’t be allowed in the courtroom because seeing Jack could set her off.
In the hall, Emily creates a scenario with the security guard and pretends she’s not feeling well. Once he moves away from her, she tears into the courtroom saying, “Jack, Jack – it’s me, Emily! We went skating.”
Will Jack recognize the real Emily?
