#Y&R Spoiler: Sharon shuts Phyllis out

Sharon Case
With the DNA tests in, Sharon and Nick finally have the proof that baby Faith is actually their daughter. Nick calls Phyllis, who is in the hospital following her accident, to give her the news. Phyllis pretty much knew what the results would be, so she isn’t surprised, but there is a certain amount of trepidation, knowing this will cause problems with Nick.
Sharon decides to move with Faith out of the Newman ranch and into the G.C.A.C. so she can bond with her daughter. Nick isn’t happy with this plan; he thinks they need to be in a place where there is a support system. Sharon insists that she doesn’t want Phyllis to be around Faith, fearing that the infant will bond with Phyllis instead of her.
Nick reminds Sharon that Faith will be living part-time with him and Phyllis – but she insists that Faith stay with her at the Athletic Club. Sharon wants Faith to be only with her and Nick for the time being. Nick doesn’t agree with this and wants Phyllis to feel involved.
Nick eventually accepts Sharon’s terms – but will Phyllis be so understanding?
