#Y&R Spoiler: Victoria arrested for murder

At the end of Friday’s show, Chance arrested Victoria for the murder of her half-brother Adam. Did Victoria do it? (Of course not!) Is Adam really dead? (I doubt it – you know how “reliable” DNA tests are in Genoa City!)
Victoria has an alibi – she was bedding down Billy Abbot, but she will never admit to that. She’s actually covering for her brother, Nick, who she thinks really offed Adam. Meanwhile, Jill prints a scurrilous story on the Restless Style website about Victoria’s arrest. When Billy reads it, he is furious.
Billy heads to the courthouse for Victoria’s arraignment. The judge denies bail and Billy stands up and makes a stunning declaration. He tells the court that Victoria couldn’t have killed Adam as she was with him “I’m her alibi”!. An upset Victoria is like “Shut up! That’s absolutely not true”. She basically flat-out calls him a liar and Billy is removed from the courtroom.
After Victoria is remanded to custody, JT pays his wife a visit. When she can’t look at him, when he asks if it’s true about her affair, he assumes it’s the truth. He also realizes that Victoria isn’t capable of murder and assumes she’s covering for Victor and leaves in disgust.
The Newman’s gather in the interrogation room when Michael arrives with the murder weapon. Nick announces that the pen belongs to him, it was a gift from Victoria when she came back from Dubai. Nick doesn’t realize that Adam swiped the pen from Nick. Nick realizes Victoria’s trying to cover for him.
Victoria urges her brother to keep quiet, but with the DA enters will Nick stick with her plans?
